At Rangjung Yeshe Gomde Denmark we chant the meditation as was thought by Tulku Urgyen Rinpoche. it can be found in the Rangjung Yeshe Chantbook

Every year during Chokyi Nyima Rinpoche's seminar Lama Tenzin guides us through the session. Here is a recording where the assembly chants both the original Tibetan version, as well as Erik Pema kunsang's excellent English translation.

Since Lama Tenzin has set the tone here I have decided to follow his lead also for the English translation, both the pitch lamala chose as well as an attempt to make fitting melodies. I feel it is nice to have this recording, both as a document of introducing bilingual practice, but especially since we had not been able to meet with the sangha nor Rinpoche or Lama Tenzin for a long time now as a result of the pandemic.

After part #1 meditate as long as you like, and then dedicate with the verses in Part#2
